Subject : Audited Financial statement of the Lodge.
Dear Sir & R/V/W/Bro.,
Please refer to the clause no. 62 (g) of the Bye Laws of the Regional Grand Lodge of Northern India against which all the Lodges are required to submit report of the audit committees and annual accounts of the Lodge within 3 months from closing of the Financial Year to be send to the Regional Grand Secretary.
Kindly send us the annual accounts of your Lodge which have been last adopted by the Lodge.
