Dear Sir & R/V/W/Bro.,
This is to inform you that all the Craft Lodges in the Region should submit the following information of which the format is attached herewith on monthly basis.
You are requested to send us the report on this format for the month of January 2022 to April 2022 immediately.
If you have not initiated, passing/ raising any candidate during the month, the same may be shown as NIL.
You are now hereby required to submit this information along with the summons of the next meeting, so as to update the records at the Region Office.
