Subject : Submission of Annual Returns
Dear Sir & M/E/Comp.,
As per the present system of submission of Annual Returns of R.A. Chapters the returns are being submitted separately to the Regional Grand Chapter of Northern Region and Supreme Grand Chapter of India.
Most of the R.A. Chapters are sending the returns through Regional Grand Chapter of Northern India but some have been submitting the same directly. In such cases it is difficult to track whether the return have been submitted to Supreme Grand Chapter of India or not.
You are hereby instructed that all returns, being submitted to the Supreme Grand Chapter of India directly, should have a copy marked to the Region.
