Subject: Universal Brotherhood Day at Freemasons Hall, Janpath, New Delhi, 2023

Dear Sir & R./V./W.Bro., 

I have the pleasure to inform you that Universal Brotherhood Day will be celebrated on 23rd & 24th June, 2023 by the Lodges at NCR under the banner of Regional Grand Lodge of Northern India at Freemason Hall, Janpath, New Delhi. R.W. The Regional Grand Master in consultation with the Worshipful Master and Secretaries in the Joint Meeting, has formed a committee comprising of

MEGA BLOOD DONATION CAMP

As part of Universal Brotherhood Day celebration Lodge St. John Evangelist No. 22 through their Charitable Society “Lodge St. John The Evangelist No. 22 Charitable Society” will organize a Mega Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Red Cross Society on 23rd June, 2023 from 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. at Freemason Hall, Janpath, New Delhi.

BRETHREN OF ALL LODGES ARE REQUESTED TO DONATE BLOOD AND MOTIVATE THEIR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO DONATE BLOOD FOR THE NEEDY.

GENERAL HEALTH CHECKUP CAMP

General William Masonic Polyclinic will be organizing a general health checkup  & eye care camp for the public, brethren and their families on 24th June, 2023 from 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. at Freemason Hall, Janpath, New Delhi.

ALL BRETHREN WITH THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILIES CAN AVAIL THIS FACILITY

CHABEEL (SWEET WATER) IS ALSO BEING ORGANIZED FROM 12.00 NOON TO 2.00 P.M BY THE FRATERNITY CLUB.

FOOD IS ALSO BEING ORGANIZED FROM 12.00 P.M. TO 2.00 P.M BY MARK LODGE INDUS NO.99.

7.30 P.M.Onwards :  A musical get together programme for brethren and their families. Fellowship and Dinner is being organized at Freemason Hall, Janpath on contributory basis.

The contribution charges for dinner will be as under:

Mason with spouse                 Rs. 1100.00

Mason Individual                     Rs. 600.00

Refreshments                           Separately Contributory

It has also been decided in the joint meeting of Worshipful Masters and Secretaries of the NCR Lodges that as this is a joint programme of the Lodges, it is a appealed to all Craft Lodges should contribute Rs.2500/- or more and Chapter/Mark/RAM Lodge Rs.500/- or more to cover up the basic cost to organize the programme.

All brethren are invited to participate with their families.
