It has been observed that during the Installation Meeting of the Lodge, the Secretary reads
Bank Resolution & the relevant documents to be submitted to the bank for the change of
signatures of office bearers appointed in that meeting.
It is advised that the Secretary should propose only the Bank resolution & not the whole
document. The sample of Bank Resolution is attached for your kind perusal to be prepared
& read by the secretary during the Installation meeting.
