Dear R/V/W/Bro.,
Reference to the Ballot Paper issued for the election of Eight additional candidates for the Regional Board of General Purposes 2024-25, it has been observed that the name of one candidate at S.No. 12 has inadvertently typed as “PARSHANY VERMA” in place of “PRASHANT KUMAR VERMA”.
The mistake apparent from records and it is advised to all concerned to read it as “PRASHANT KUMAR VERMA”.
It is also to inform to those Lodges to whom the Ballot Paper has not been issued as the Half Yearly Return for 30th June, 2024 is yet to be filed, the Ballot Paper after rectification shall be issued.
Inconvenience caused is regretted.
