Subject : Draft Bank Resolution
Dear Sir & R/V/W/Bro.,
During Installation Meetings under the agenda to pass the Bank Resolution normally the secretaries state that the usual Book Resolution shall be sent.
It is suggested that a proper resolution should be passed and signed in the Lodge and a copy of the same should be pasted in the minute’s book.
A Draft Bank Resolution is attached for the use of the Lodges.
